Freedom II Upgrade has two components to acquire AmkaiOffice: - An initial setup charge of $12,500 for implementation and training
- An annual subscription fee that covers the software license, software upgrades, and ongoing support
This approach avoids the kind of large financial outlay typically associated with a software system purchase. Based on its analyses, Amkai believes that in most cases the annual subscription will be the same or less as the customer’s current legacy system annual support costs. The Freedom II Upgrade plan is a limited time offer. Orders must be placed by Sept. 30 to qualify for the program. Additional financial incentives have also been developed for those customers who purchase AmkaiCharts™, the company’s electronic medical record software, at the same time as ordering AmkaiOffice. This additional promotional offer is valid until Aug. 15.
