NovaMed Announces Fourth Quarter 2007 Conference Call

CHICAGO -- NovaMed, Inc. announces today that its results for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2007 will be released before the market opens on Wednesday, Feb. 13. The company also will provide an online Web simulcast of its fourth quarter 2007 earnings conference call on Feb. 13.

The live broadcast of NovaMed’s conference call will begin at 11 a.m. ET on Feb. 13. A 30-day online replay will be available approximately one hour following the conclusion of the live broadcast.

NovaMed acquires, develops and operates ambulatory surgery centers in partnership with physicians. Following the divestiture of two surgery centers held as discontinued operations, NovaMed will have majority ownership interests in 34 surgery centers located in 17 states.
