National Surgical Care Acquires ASCs in Fla., Conn.

DALLAS, Texas – National Surgical Care (NSC) announced the acquisition of a majority interest in Coral Springs Surgical Center in Coral Springs, Florida, and the formation of a joint venture with Stamford Health System, Inc. to acquire a surgery center in Wilton, Connecticut.
Commenting on the announcement, Sami S.
