PINNACLE III Expands Operational, Development Teams

PINNACLE III reports that continued growth has spurred new additions to its operational management and development team. The new PINNACLE III officers include: Donna Greene, vice president of corporate development, has led the development efforts in the expansion of companies such as HealthSouth, United Surgical Partners International, and most recently National Surgical Care. During her career she has overseen the acquisition and development of more than 250 facilities, including ambulatory surgery centers, surgical specialty hospitals, imaging centers, and outpatient rehabilitation centers. Additionally, Greene has been licensed as a registered rep with the National Association of Securities Dealers since 1997. Although PINNACLE III continues to offer both equity and non equity models, Greene is focusing on expansion of PINNACLE III’s surgical network through equity ownership. Dan Connolly, vice president of payer relations, is spearheading all managed care contracting including contract negotiations, renegotiations, market analysis, implementation, and compliance monitoring for all PINNACLE III, independent ASCs throughout the country. Connolly has worked within the healthcare industry for 20 years both on the ancillary provider and payor sides and has previously fulfilled such roles as claim adjuster, claims supervisor, cost containment specialist, and network development specialist.
Donna Dziedzic, RN, director of operations, has been an RN for 10 years and worked in the surgical services area for most of that time. Dziedzic came to PINNACLE III from her role as a clinical manager of a two OR, seven man orthopedic ASC in Diane Lampron, RN, director of operations is a results oriented healthcare manager/director with 24 years of progressive experience and 13 years of management-specific experience within a variety of healthcare settings. Lampron came to PINNACLE III from the Centura Health System where she was the manager/administrator of one of their joint ventured single specialty surgery centers. Lampron coordinated the development of the ASC in collaboration with two ASC management companies and then acted as the facility administrator. Prior to this, Lampron was the manager/director of surgery service line for Centura where she directed the daily operations within the surgical services department, reporting directly to the hospital CNO/COO.
