Titan Health Corporation Announces Executive Appointments

12/31/2007

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Titan Health Corporation announces the promotion of Darin Jay (DJ) Hill to chief development officer. In his expanded role, Hill will oversee the efforts of the business development team across the country.

"We highly value our physician and hospital partnerships,” said Marc Jang, Titan Health Corporation’s president, CEO and founder. “DJ's leadership at the formation stage of these relationships has been an important part of launching our joint ventures. We look forward to further leveraging his creativity and expertise.”

"On the surface, the role of our business development team is to identify new and turnaround ASC opportunities,” Hill commented. “But in reality, it’s much more than that. We create partnerships and structure solutions that allow our surgery center partnerships to thrive. By focusing on the center succeeding, all parties win."

Hill resides in Raleigh, N.C. with his wife and family.

Titan also announces the addition of Jay Sweetnich as vice president of business development. Sweetnich comes to Titan with nearly 20 years of healthcare experience. His expertise in healthcare joint venture business launches and structuring will be valuable to Titan's potential partners looking for guidance on either a new surgery center launch or the restructuring of an existing ASC.

Sweetnich will be based out of Kennesaw, Ga. and will cover the southeastern region (Gulf states) for Titan. His prior experience includes senior level leadership at urology and orthopedic firms.

Titan Health Corporation is a nationwide surgery center development, acquisition and management company that partners with physicians and hospitals to create successful, multi-specialty surgery centers.
